Fact: Health requires effort and awareness.
The reason why health requires effort in the current times is because our life has become very sedentary and a huge portion of our diet is composed of processed food. We no longer live in the wild, running, being active and staying connected to the nature. While not living in the wild has a lot of benefits (at least you don’t have to worry about a lion eating you up while you sleep), but our current way of living is not in accordance with the way we evolved over millions of years.
And that is the reason why many lifestyle diseases and certain mental health issues has become very prevalent in the recent history.
In order to compensate for the lack of physical activity and good diet in the modern times, we need to make that extra effort.
You need patience and discipline. But, the effort you put in is worth it. Building a good health is personal development. There are no shortcuts to health.
You also need correct, evidence-based information that helps you make the best decisions for your health. I plan to provide you the helpful resources you might need to help improve your lifestyle and health.
I am starting with some of the most ignored aspects of health.
- Chronic stress.
- Sleep.
- Healthy living.
- Healthy eating.
